Technology is amazing. I am always surprised at the innovative ways technology changes our world. Perhaps I am alone in this but I only recently discovered that there are Fitness Apps available for your iPod or iPhone. So now I am left to wonder if fitness apps really work.

Are you for real? One of the stars of an apparently "hit" reality show "Jersey Shore" is set to make a whole lot of money thanks to a fitness DVD. This brings up a stirring question, is reality fitness a joke? I have never personally watched "Jersey Shore.

To me there is nothing like a brisk morning walk. My favorite time of the day to walk is in the morning when it's cool outside. Now for many of us we haven't quite hit those cool mornings yet. There is still some summer left. However I always say that we should plan ahead.

Whatever "system" you use to keep fit; there is one thing we could all be reminded of. It's that while cheating the system, you only cheat yourself. My fitness "system" is my Wii Fit Plus. I have been faithfully working out now and feeling pretty good.

I am off the wagon again. I came into this week with so much to accomplish and so many outside things going on that I haven't been able to squeeze in some exercise. I know that sounds like an excuse and in the past it has been one. However this time I really mean it.
