I talked about the top ten reasons to work out at home earlier, now let's talk about the top ten reasons to work with a personal trainer. While a personal trainer is not always an ideal choice for some, there are plenty of reasons why a personal trainer may be exactly what you need.

So without further ado - here are your top ten reasons to get a personal trainer:

  • Individualizing your work out is one of the biggest proponents behind a personal trainer - they can work with you to meet your needs whether you want lose weight, train for a marathon or just improve your heart rate and lung function
