I talked about getting myself out of bed this morning and staying on target with your fitness goals. Someone suggested affirmations to me and I have no idea why I didn't mention them earlier because I use affirmations and I have several decorating the pin boards around my desk. An affirmation is a simple, short statement that goes straight to the heart of the matter. They are written to help motivate YOU. You can get affirmations from books, newspapers and even television shows. But the affirmation has to have a meaning for you. Affirmations help you achieve your goals, stay motivated and build success. Here are a few of my affirmations:
