To me there is nothing like a brisk morning walk. My favorite time of the day to walk is in the morning when it's cool outside. Now for many of us we haven't quite hit those cool mornings yet. There is still some summer left. However I always say that we should plan ahead.

Should there be a free day from fitness? A free day is usually one day a week where all fitness rules go out the window. You get to enjoy the day by not feeling guilty that you haven't exercised and you get to eat what you like. Free days can be different for everyone.

I am holding my breath, not daring to think too much of it. I have finally gotten under a plateau that I have been battling for months now. Many, many months. I teetered back and forth all of this time, but I have finally reached it. I am afraid to make a move or rather not to make a move.

Well I am happy to report that in a week and a half, I have lost four pounds. To see the results right there on my TV screen is very encouraging. I have been making a lot of changes to my life. The biggest change is finding time to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.
