Summer time, summer time, sum-sum-summer time! It's that time of the year again, granted - I've seen it be a 100 degrees in May, so this May it hasn't been too bad. But the heat is coming and the heat is hot and it blisters and it is miserable weather.

Let me say this in all honesty, if you don't want to work out -- you're not going to. Part of the reason why exercise works is because it gives you a payoff while you doing it, after you're doing it and the next time you go to do it. You feel better, you feel healthier, you sleep better.
