There are thousands of fitness videos on the market today from Denise Austin and Karen Voight to Mari Winsor and Crunch Fitness, but a new study shows that sales of exercise DVDs have declined in the last three years as more fitness buffs turn to the Internet to get buff.

I've talked about how much I love television before. I don't get to watch it nearly as much as I may like it, but that's why I have a TiVo and lots of shows on DVD so I can watch them on my schedule, typically when I'm exercising.

I am split, almost 50/50 on health clubs. I like their services, but I don't always like their culture and I would love it if I could have one of those memberships that only cost you when you use the club and you don't have to pay for it on the months that you don't.

Do you have a problem with muscle memory? I've heard from a lot of people who complain about their workout stalling and where once they got results, they don't anymore. This is called a plateau and you have to find a way to get off that if you want to keep getting results.
