In my last blog I talked about the benefits of cardio, something I have recently incorporated more of into my fitness routine. Despite wanting to spend more of my fitness regimen doing cardio (with my biggest goal right now being to lose weight), I know that I also need flexibility exercises.

The biggest month in which Americans "become" the biggest is December. This tends to be the month in which a lot of weight is put on. Sometimes it is with the mindset, "I will make changes in the New Year." But I would say...don't wait until January 1st.
