I have a confession to make...I LOVE watching television. Not everyone will readily admit to such a thing, but I will.
I love watching docudramas. I love watching shows that educate you about particular issues of interest.

Although some people enjoy the outdoors even when it's cold, others (such as me) don't. I live in Wisconsin, so the winds can be biting and the temperatures can be downright intolerable.
This is often when fitness can take a backseat.

Yesterday I decided to do some "fall cleaning." Yes, I like to be different. Instead of deep cleaning my home in the spring (when I would much rather be outside), I do it in the fall.

I love acronyms. They are a great way to remember something or drive home a point. So in this blog I have developed an acronym for the word FITNESS.
"F" is for form. This is a specific way of moving when you are exercising.
