End of November Fitness Goal Check

Wow - is it really the end of November? It seems like just yesterday we were out trick or treating and now we're getting holiday decorations up, still worrying about those extra pounds from Thanksgiving. December also marks my first anniversary here at Families.

Good afternoon and welcome to our first post for November. I found myself slow and sluggish at my workout this morning, but that's hardly surprising. The entire day has felt a bit slow and sluggish - recovering from a holiday does that to you.

Good morning and Happy Halloween - if you're like most families, you're probably laying in the candy to hand out to the trick or treaters tonight. Be sure to incorporate some other items to give out so that you aren't overloading the kids with too much candy.
