Have I mentioned that I love The Firm workouts? Okay, just a few times. I do love them. I love them so much that I recently purchased another DVD to add to my exercise rotation. The Firm's Ultimate Fat Burning Workout is my latest addition to my workout.

I will admit I love to workout. I love how it makes me feel afterwards and I love how much better I sleep at night, even though I work out in the morning. I just love exercising.
I will admit however, that I don't love working out for long periods of time.
