Hello Heather. I have been very unhealthy for years now due to severe depression. I am now getting my life back on track and have been going to the gym for the past month now. When I was a little girl, the term “depression” was used when someone was having a bad day, felt sad over something that had happened, and was having a hard time finding joy in life.
