Emotional Eating and the Guilt Trip

In my last blog I talked about emotional eating. It is when we eat to feed our emotions, rather than to feed our hunger. It is something I have battled with all my life. I have overcome many areas but there is still work to be done. One of the things that can plague us, however, is a guilt trip. The guilt trip that is laid on us is not only related to our eating but to our exercise routine as well. We feel guilty because we overate. “Don’t Guilt Trip Me!”

Okay, who among us hasn’t been on the receiving end of a guilt trip? Sometimes we simply find ourselves shopping or adding extra things to our list without … Continue reading

Weird Dreams

I always have been, so for me to have dreams on a regular basis, and remember them definitely signifies I am having some issues that I need to work out in my sleep. Think about it. When you find out you’re pregnant, there is such an emotional roller coaster. You’re happy one second, and freaking out the next. You don’t know what kind … Continue reading
