We are nearing the end of the month and it’s time to do a check in. How are you doing on your New Year’s resolutions in the area of fitness? Did you set new goals for the year 2012? We’ve negotiated a smooth segue from January to February. For most of us, January is a month of transition, we’re recovering from the holidays, we’re going back to school, we’re going back to work, we’re getting started on new work out programs and new goals. The Marriage Blog Week in Review for Jan 20-26

Good morning, if you noticed a curious lack of the marriage blog week in review, I have to plead guilty. I wrote most of it, but yesterday, my daughter had a birthday party and we went out together to attend. The Fitness Blog Week in Revew for Jan 20 – 26

What a week it’s been. I battled a cold for three days of it with a relatively high fever that kept me laid up and not performing at my peak. It was also a week that my daughter explored her interest in Hoops for Hearts, we went roller skating and I discovered that while I still remember how, mentally, physically, my body is complaining about the motions and the skating. Good morning, it’s a soggy Saturday here. It started raining yesterday and it’s been quite drenching.
