Where is our Fitness Blog Week in Review?

Unfortunately, the craziness this week precluded a lot of fitness articles to cover for the fitness blog. When you talk about exercise, chances are you think more in terms of excuses than you do in terms of excitement. Anyone who has worked out in a gym, had a personal fitness assessment done or is an athlete, your VO2 Max is something you need to know.
