Modifications in Exercise

Since I have a little bit of a knee problem right now I have had to make some choices on how best to go about my normal exercise routine. I could either: A. Give up exercising altogether. OR B. Modify my routine. Since I am not a big fan of being a couch potato, I chose B. I figured that some exercise is better than no exercise.
