Love these end of the week reviews where we can see what articles we talked about this week and catch you up on articles you may have missed. This week let us explore old and new ideas in fitness from getting the exercise you need on a shoe-string budget to the types of excuses we use to get out of doing the exercise in the first time.

Sleeping Fit Tips are things that I've been learning more and more since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I'll have to visit more on how we're handling that later.
Do You Want Your Presidential Fitness Award? I remember these tests when I was in school in the 80s. Fat is not necessarily a bad part of the body, but with anything, too much is bad. While we don't need to be creative in our excuses to not exercise, we should be creative in all the reasons we do need to exercise.
In Dear Heather .. Summer Fitness Vacations seeks an answer to a reader's question about planning a fitness vacation for her family. Squats and Lunges are some great exercises to build body strength, muscle strength and tone up areas many of us dislike to see out of shape.
