Were you looking for a few more reasons why you should give Yoga try? If so, you're in luck. I have four great reasons for why incorporating yoga into your workouts is a great plan. So keep track here and if you're inspired, go out and get a yoga mat or DVD tomorrow or enroll in a yoga class to give it a try for yourself.

Make Cellulite Go Away

Yoga can help tighten up your muscles and mold your body into a lithe shape. Yoga can help your body flush cellulite out as it increases circulation and reduce the cellulite from spongy areas. So not only can you tighten up your leg muscles, but you can smooth out your thighs, hips and buttocks.

Increase the Flexibility and Mobility of Your Back Muscles

Back pain is the second most common reason for people to miss work or be laid up from their daily activities. Yoga requires you to stretch and those deep stretches and poses will increase the strength of the muscles in your whole body and in your back. You will enjoy the relief from the knots and stressed out tension in your back and enjoy a stronger, more flexible body.

Reduce Your Anxiety and Stress

One good hour of yoga and you will feel less anxious and far less stressed. The process of controlled breathing and deep stretches can help you clear your mind and relax your body. There's something very serene about yoga whether you are embracing the spiritual components of the workout or simply engaging in the physical activity.

PMS Relief

There's no one hundred percent full proof cure for your premenstrual syndrome, but yoga can help reduce and minimize how badly cramps affect you. It can increase circulation and help reduce the amount of water retention as well as some simple poses that can help you find a level of comfort that is sometimes difficult when you are feeling agitated or hormonal.

Finally, yoga has been proven to help out people with asthma, arthritis and diabetes. It can help ease the rigors of stress accumulated through regular daily activities and more.
