How many people like to go shopping? Whether it is online, from a catalog, from the television, or in a clothing store, Shopping is fun! So when you begin your new fitness routine, why not go enjoy a new wardrobe to show off your body while exercising.

Many women have their own opinions about the type of exercise clothing to wear. Some like wearing the spandex bodysuit with spandex pants. Others like to wear a sports bra, showing off their flat abs and spandex pants. Mesh shorts and a t-shirt always work for many women who just want to go to the gym to exercise and not worry about how they look.

Most of us enjoy feeling comfortable and good about ourselves. If we wear sweat pants, t-shirts, bicycle shorts, spandex; it doesn't make a difference since all women are different with their own preference and personal style.

There are brands like Nike, Adidas, Reebok, and many more now manufacturing outfits just for women. Tennis' William sisters had their own style when they ran onto the court for the first time and now they have their own line of clothing for tennis and exercise. These consist of stylish colors, spandex and breathable fabrics, flirty skirts, and much more!

From the sneakers to the hair accessory, women need to wear clothing which matches their personality. Exercising has brought on a whole new style for clothing designers. The yoga pant, tank, and jacket are also a very popular group of clothing for women to wear. The fabric is usually cotton / spandex, breathable, close to the body with just enough space to allow your workout to not be bothered by any clothing.

Pilate exercisers also have grown accustomed to wearing Yoga gear, as exercise clothing is now seen outside of the gym or exercise class as well! The comfort and style has brought on a whole new life of its own.

Some stores to look for your favorite exercise clothing are Lady's Foot Locker, Old Navy, Victoria's Secret, Kohl's, Target, Modell's, and Sports Authority. Going to the store or buying online will give you the same item but sometimes certain discounts are offered depending on where you shop.
