We’re coming up on National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October) and this is a month that should not be neglected on any woman’s calendar. Tuesday Fitness Tips: Did You Know … ?

Happy Tuesday! It’s the fourth day of school here and my daughter is caught up in her enthusiasm for going to school every day. We’re both still trying to figure out the learning curve. We walk to school together in the morning and then I walk back to the house.
