We're gearing up for the new school year and it's a great time to begin setting up fitness resolutions for the latter half of the year. Who says that you need it to be the turning of the year to set up new resolutions? In fact, the sad part of New Year's resolutions is that more than 50% of people who start off their New Year with resolutions have already dropped them or failed by March. January is the busiest month for people in the fitness industry, so there are a lot more deals to be found at the end of the summer than there are in the middle of winter. With this in mind, here's a bit of advice on setting up your new school year fitness resolutions:
