Pfft, Who Needs Excuses?by Heather Long | More from this Blogger 15 May 2008 07:43 AM Do you really need an excuse to skip your exercise today? I don't. I'd rather kick back with a cup of coffee and few extra minutes with the book before I get to work rather than hit the treadmill. You Do Need Excuses You don't need excuses to skip your workout - no one really needs an excuse to skip it - we can all come up with a dozen reasons to not do something. What you do need an excuse for is to do your workout. In my case, that 2 hour nap in the afternoon sounds great - but it can be costly to getting other things done.
