Positive Affirmations for Fitnessby Heather Long | More from this Blogger 20 Apr 2006 12:00 PM For those of you doing the Spring Forward to Action 30 Day Challenge, your journaling should contain some positive affirmations for your fitness experience. For those of you doing your own workout, positive affirmations can help you to maintain your focus and maintain your workout program. Positive affirmations are the mind's way of redirecting the body's energy and keeping you motivated. Negative affirmations like: I am always tired or what is wrong with me only reinforce negative energy and hinder your progress. If you have trouble coming up with your own positive affirmations, use some of the following.
Use your positive affirmations every day. Write them down where you can see them. Repeat them to yourself in the morning before your workout and remind yourself of them before you go to sleep. Build a more positive you with positive affirmations. Learn more about Heather Long ![]() Heather Long is 35 years old and currently lives in Wylie, Texas. It is amazing what the power of POSITIVE thinking can do! That is why I developed my Pleasant Dreamz Positive Affirmation Pillowcases. As you wrote, "remind yourself of them before you go to sleep"... and what better way to remind kids/adults to say the Positive Affirmations to themselves than to have them right on your Pillowcase! I hope to spread a POSITIVE message to all children, and help them develop a strong sense of self-confidence and self-esteem through my products! Please check out my website to see my Pillowcases - www.keepingitpositive.net. Thank you for your inspiring article!
