Week 2: Fitness Magazine You Can Do It Challenge

Fitness magazine said you can do it, and I’ve been doing it. I signed up and dived into the challenge 10 days ago when I posted the information about the challenge here at the Fitness blog. Now at the end of my second week, I’m more than just a cheerleader for this particular goal-oriented fitness challenge. Revisiting the Fitness Magazine: You Can Do It Challenge

I signed up for the Fitness Magazine You Can Do It challenge. I’ve been following their advised workout and let me tell you, four days in – I’m sore. I am pretty good at following my own regular fitness regimen, but this one targets specific areas with specific exercises to be performed in specific time frames.
