Faith and fitness has been on my radar screen the past few days and now it has become a news story in the army. Recently a concern amongst atheists was raised with regard to a mandatory spiritual fitness test given to recruits. The Marriage Blog Week in Review – November 4 –10

It’s been a busy and exciting week here in the Marriage blog. There was a national election on Tuesday that saw 7 states accept constitutional amendments to ban gay marriage, while one state – Arizona said no to that ban. Evaluating the Past Month: January

It is the end of January and time to evaluate how I have done this past month. It’s a good time for all of us to do that. Did you meet any goals that you set? Did you incorporate any changes to your diet? Have you lost weight? Do you feel more energized? Reflect on the good things. Spend time really thinking about positive changes you have made.
