Staying Active While Watching Television

I have a confession to make…I LOVE watching television. Not everyone will readily admit to such a thing, but I will. I love watching docudramas. I love watching shows that educate you about particular issues of interest. I love shows where dreams come true (“American Idol,” “X Factor,” “America’s Got Talent”). I love “Cake Boss” and Fox News. I love acronyms. They are a great way to remember something or drive home a point. So in this blog I have developed an acronym for the word FITNESS. “F” is for form.
