Good morning and Happy Saturday! You've likely got plans today that involve shopping, decorating or even attending holiday events at your Church or other social function. So you've got a lot of plans and even if it's just going to be a quiet day at home with your family, you've got things to do. So let's tackle our week in review and highlight what we talked about this week in case there was anything you missed.

Saturday, November 25

In Post Natal Fitness: Let's Talk Moms we focused on a new topic we're supporting here in the Fitness Blog and what moms can do to help their efforts to trim back after the holidays and recover their pre-pregnancy figure.

Sunday, November 26

In Sports and Your Kids we talked about the pressure we put on our kids with organized sports and the threat that can pose to them physically and mentally. In Fitness Challenge: Is Your Dog Fat? we asked the challenging question because if your dog is fat, chances are you are not getting enough exercise in your life. In Tis the Season -Fitness Gift Ideas we offered some fitness gift suggestions for your holiday shopping.

Monday, November 27

In Post-Natal Fitness - Sleep is Vital we discussed the fact that sleep is something we often overlook in our fitness efforts and we shouldn't! In Fitness Tips: How do You Feel About You? we discussed that how we feel about ourselves is incredibly important to our fitness success.

Tuesday, November 28

In Power Foods: Cranberries are more than a Holiday Treat we discovered what researchers at Rutgers University have been studying: that cranberries offer a lot of healthy benefits. In Women's Fitness: It's that Time of the Month we recognized that during 'that' time of the month, we don't always feel great or ready to dive into exercise.

Wednesday, November 29

In Men's Fitness: Why Our Men Need Their Workouts we looked at all the reason that men, specifically, need to workout regularly. In Fit Family - Miami Moms Take Action we recognized the mothers in Miami who have created their own fitness magazine in an effort to create the fitness magazine they want for their kids.

Thursday, November 30

We posted our End of November Fitness Goal Check. We recognized our Top Fitness Choice for November specifically the Post-Natal fitness series that is targeting new moms and helping them attain their personal fitness goals. In Kid Fitness: Three in Ten Children Are Obese and these figures should scare us, parents are a part of the solution and we need to act on it.

Friday, December 1

In Post-Natal Fitness - Testing Yourself we talked about testing your cardiovascular fitness with two simple, easy to do yourself tests and what you should do if you can't pass them. And that was our week in fitness - it's funny, I feel like I just ran through my week of writing articles.
