What's the Right Question?by Heather Long | More from this Blogger 05 Sep 2007 12:02 PM You know, as I write my fitness blogs I often wonder what's the right question to ask? What's the question that will engage -you- the reader and get you to respond to me? What do you want to know? How do you want to know it? The art of blogging is all about the chunks of information that are distributed. Some blogs do it in 100 words or less (I don't know if I could answer anything in just a 100 words, but I could try) and some are huge novels. Do you want to know the types of exercises that will trim extra inches or maybe enhance your physique? Do you want a tighter rear? Do you want more definition in your legs? Are you just looking to improve your overall health and fitness? These types of questions are important and I've asked them myself from time to time. Or are you more interested in: What's the Latest Fitness Craze? From the hula hoop to the roller blade to the belly dancing class, there are some fitness crazes that appeal to everyone. We've talked about a few here - including classics like jump roping and good old fashioned walking. But there's always the stroller mom or the stroller skating mom. What is it you want to know? Flashback When I wrote my first entry for the fitness blog nearly two years ago, I knew what I wanted to talk about. I wanted to talk about fitness in all its aspects, whether it was your physical fitness, your emotional fitness or just your overall fitness. I know that you need to be able to balance all the aspects of your life to achieve your goals. This is important. I still know that. Now I want to know what you want to know. Drop me a line and I'll do my best to answer. Learn more about Heather Long ![]() Heather Long is 35 years old and currently lives in Wylie, Texas. She has been a freelance writer for six years.
